Delete your account

Email us at c2ctutors2@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my WhoGoHelp account". Send it from the email address you used to register, and include your full name and phone number so we can confirm the account is yours.

We review and complete deletion requests within 7 days. We may contact you to confirm the request is genuine.

• Your profile: full name, phone number, addresses, state of origin, LGA, job position and categories.
• Your face photo and any other photos you uploaded.
• Your wallet, wallet balance and pending withdrawal requests. Please withdraw any remaining balance first — a remaining balance is forfeited when the account is deleted.
• Your sign-in account, so you can no longer log in.

• Limited identity details (a record tied to your face photo) to stop banned members from registering again. This is our anti-fraud rule and it applies to removed accounts.
• Payment and job records we must keep for accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.

• Finish or cancel any active jobs you are part of.
• Withdraw the money left in your wallet.
• Tell us in your email if you only want some data corrected or removed instead of full deletion.
